{"id":2611,"date":"2021-06-22T19:45:06","date_gmt":"2021-06-22T17:45:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ozono-terapia.com\/?p=2611"},"modified":"2021-06-22T19:47:04","modified_gmt":"2021-06-22T17:47:04","slug":"es-util-el-ozono-en-el-tratamiento-del-dolor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ozono-terapia.com\/en\/es-util-el-ozono-en-el-tratamiento-del-dolor\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfEs \u00fatil el ozono en el tratamiento del dolor?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En una reciente Jornada online de controversias en dolor celebrada el 16 de junio y organizada por el <strong>Instituto Mediterr\u00e1neo de Dolor y Anestesia Regional<\/strong>, se debati\u00f3 el papel de diversas substancias medicinales, entre ellas el ozono.<\/p>\n<p>Varios expertos en tratamiento del dolor valoraron la utilidad del ozono en el tratamiento del dolor, con foco en patolog\u00edas de la columna y de articulaciones perif\u00e9ricas.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la reuni\u00f3n se contrastaron los <strong>\u201cpros\u201d <\/strong>y los<strong> \u201ccontras\u201d del ozono medicinal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se mencionaron como contras la falta de estudios suficientes para poder evidenciar su eficacia, se identific\u00f3 como causa la ausencia de este tratamiento en la mayor\u00eda de los hospitales p\u00fablicos, a pesar de que <em><u>el Ministerio de Sanidad, ya en el a\u00f1o 2011, aconsej\u00f3 su uso en las Unidades del Dolor. <\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Se debatieron sus posibles efectos secundarios, llegando a la conclusi\u00f3n que son muy poco frecuentes y de leve intensidad. Se record\u00f3 que hay descrito alg\u00fan efecto grave que se atribuy\u00f3 a complicaciones debidas, no propiamente al ozono, sino a mala praxis en la realizaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica usada.<\/p>\n<p>Los \u201cpros\u201d fueron defendidos por el <strong>Dr. Daniel Samper<\/strong>, facultativo del <strong>Institut Catal\u00e0 d\u2019Ozonoter\u00e0pia <\/strong>de Barcelona<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Predominaron sus <strong>efectos analg\u00e9sicos<\/strong> mostrados en muchos estudios realizados en pacientes con dolor por hernias discales y artrosis en articulaciones como la rodilla, cadera, hombro o codo entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>En todos ellos se destac\u00f3 su eficacia al valorar su potente efecto analg\u00e9sico y antiinflamatorio con ausencia de efectos indeseables.<\/p>\n<p>Al compararlo con otras substancias habitualmente utilizadas en infiltraciones como los corticoesteroides (cortisona) se mencion\u00f3 que mientras \u00e9stos pueden presentar interacciones en pacientes con hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, en diab\u00e9ticos, anticoagulados, con osteoporosis o con alteraciones psiqui\u00e1tricas entre otros, el ozono puede ser administrado en todos estos pacientes sin riesgo de complicaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Comparado con otros productos analg\u00e9sicos como el \u00e1cido hialur\u00f3nico o el plasma rico en plaquetas, los expertos coincidieron en que su eficacia es similar dado que hay estudios que ofrecen mejores resultados con \u00e9stos y otros con el ozono, pero con peque\u00f1as variaciones en general.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Como conclusi\u00f3n se anim\u00f3 a los facultativos inscritos en la reuni\u00f3n a que incluyeran a la ozonoterapia como uno de los tratamientos prioritarios en pacientes con dolor por problemas en la columna o en articulaciones con artrosis<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En una reciente Jornada online de controversias en dolor celebrada el 16 de junio y organizada por el Instituto Mediterr\u00e1neo de Dolor y Anestesia Regional, se debati\u00f3 el papel de diversas substancias medicinales, entre ellas el ozono.
