Debe empezarse de forma gradual, con poco tiempo y poco esfuerzo. A medida que la persona ve que la sensaci\u00f3n de cansancio va mejorando se puede aumentar el nivel de actividad.\u00a0<strong>Nadar o hacer ejercicios en el agua, montar en bicicleta<\/strong>\u00a0(aunque sea est\u00e1tica) puede ser tambi\u00e9n otra buena opci\u00f3n.\u00a0<strong>El\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hola.com\/tags\/yoga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">yoga<\/a>, el taich\u00ed y realizar t\u00e9cnicas como\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hola.com\/tags\/pilates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pilates<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0son otras de las actividades que la doctora recomienda para este grupo de pacientes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Tambi\u00e9n nos habla de\u00a0<strong>la ozonoterapia como tratamiento complementario<\/strong>. \u201cLa administraci\u00f3n de forma subcut\u00e1nea de peque\u00f1as cantidades de ozono\/ox\u00edgeno en las zonas dolorosas tienen un importante efecto analg\u00e9sico y antiinflamatorio, disminuyendo considerablemente la sensaci\u00f3n de dolor.
