Los efectos de la ozonoterapia permiten mitigar el dolor, al actuar como antiinflamatorio y analg\u00e9sico, regular las citoquinas o mejorar la perfusi\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno.<\/h4>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo administrar la ozonoterapia en zonas con dolor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s frecuente es que se haga por\u00a0<strong>v\u00eda intraarticular<\/strong>; es decir, por el interior de las articulaciones dolorosas.En este caso la articulaci\u00f3n que con m\u00e1s frecuencia se trata es la rodilla. Tambi\u00e9n puede administrarse por v\u00eda intramuscular, paravertebral, subcut\u00e1nea, en vainas tendinosas e intradiscal (en el tratamiento de la hernia y\/o protrusi\u00f3n discal y en el caso de discopatias o alteraciones del disco intervertebral).<\/p>\n<p>Habitualmente en el tratamiento mediante ozonoterapia se emplean <strong>agujas de muy fino<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> calibre<\/strong> para administrar el ozono en esas estructuras, requiriendo agujas de mayor di\u00e1metro \u00fanicamente la v\u00eda epidural y discal.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Efecto de la ozonoterapia sobre la zona con dolor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La ozonoterapia tiene efecto:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Antiinflamatorio y analg\u00e9sico<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de la disminuci\u00f3n de prostaglandinas (responsables de fen\u00f3menos inflamatorios y de dolor)<\/li>\n<li>De regulaci\u00f3n de <strong>citoquinas<\/strong> (implicadas en la artrosis)<\/li>\n<li>De acci\u00f3n regeneradora y\u00a0<strong>oxidante<\/strong>, al actuar sobre los radicales libres<\/li>\n<li>De mejorar la perfusi\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno de los tejidos afectados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Dolores tratables con ozonoterapia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con\u00a0<strong>ozonoterapia\u00a0<\/strong>se pueden abordar todos los dolores de caracter\u00edsticas inflamatorias en articulaciones, tendones, fascias, etc. En este sentido, se puede tratar, por ejemplo:\u00a0 artrosis de rodilla, hombro, cadera, pie, mano, diversas<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>tendinitis (codo, hombro, pie, mano), fascitis plantares, troc\u00e1nter, entre otras. Asimismo, tambi\u00e9n se pueden tratar los dolores lumbares y radiculares por patolog\u00edas de la espalda, tales como hernias, desplazamientos vertebrales o estenosis de canal.
